Eye watering-- cause? (allergy, symptoms, glasses, finger)

For the past month, my right eye has been watering like crazy.

• I do wear contacts, but have switched to glasses for days on end to see if that would help. No change.

• I do have tons of allergies, but it is only my right eye that is watering.

• There is no redness, no itchiness, no sensitivity to light, or other symptoms of something being "wrong."

What could cause an eye to just water like crazy?

Occasionally at the beach, I'll get a grain of sand blown into my eye which works its way into the tear duct, blocking it, and causing my eye to water. Try pressing with your finger on the inside corner of your eye. If it's a blocked duct, this should pop out whatever is blocking it.

Could be an allergy. I'd suggest you see an opthamologist and probably an allergist. No need to suffer and/or aggravate it to a higher level.
