There really isn't much available in the form of treatment for mild scoliosis in an adult...
With a curve less than 20 degrees as an adolescent you had the appropriate treatment which is basically to do nothing.
Treatment for a child/adolescent with scoliosis involves bracing or surgery if the curve is severe, but even bracing is just to try and prevent any worsening of the curvature it doesn't correct the pre existing deformity.
Typically mild scoliosis doesn't cause much in the way of symptoms but adults are more prone to pain with the condition, you may have an associated leg length discrepancy which could be causing some of your problems. Leg length discrepancy is treated via internal or external shoe lifts, depending on the severity.
I would recommend seeing an Orthopaedic Spine specialist, your insurance should cover an evaluation.
Be leery of anyone suggesting that adult scoliosis can be "cured" as an adult, surgery is the only way to correct the deformity and that is held out for severe cases.
You would have to check with your insurer to see if chiropractic care is covered, but that would be an option to explore if you see fit.
