I would think doctors would love people like that. Those are the patients that are their bread and butter - they think nothing of how much it costs and since they're not really sick, they're going to get better and come back in another few weeks for something else.

Patients who show up once every 20 years or so aren't making the doctors rich. And patients who are really sick would take more work and effort or they might die and that's the end of that.

I never go to the Dr. for a cold BUT if that cold develops into an infection I always go to have that treated. As a child my colds always ended up as ear or throat infections and had to be treated with antibiotics. After I had my tonsils out in my teens it completely stopped and a clod just stayed a cold. When I turned 55 years old the old infections caused by a common cold have started up again. The first time I just got sicker and sicker until I ended up in the ER on an IV. Since then I have had 6 or so colds I had to see the Dr. over. BUMMER
