I think I'd be more offended to learn that the doctor found me UNattractive. I'd be concerned if the doctor had no opinion either way. It means they're not looking at their patient. If a doctor is looking at me head to toe, I -expect- that he or she will have some kind of opinion about my physical presentation. I'd hope he/she would keep it to him/herself, but I do expect him/her to have one.

Exactly ^^^. What matters is how the doctor BEHAVES. They are human after all, so they are going to have opinions/attraction, whatever. As long as they keep it to themselves and it doesn't interfere with their professional conduct is all that matters.

@The OP: Yes, they obviously notice them, but if they are smart, then they are always extremely careful and cautious in order to avoid any sexual harassment allegations and/or lawsuits against them.

The old idea, which gave protection to male doctors, that a medical office is a "Sex-Free Zone" is appropriately dying. Medical associations in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the US have either made pronouncements or published books during the last 20 years, which confess that male doctors have sexual urges during intimate exams and these are are usual and normal.
