So I have pcos but have had issues with my moods. One moment I can be fine, or a bit down then the next extremely bubbly to the point I feel like I could explode and then to anger or grr mode. The same goes for my energy levels. I can have energy one moment then none at all. I take a vitamin d each day and it has helped some for energy but not enough. then exhaustion will hit in to the point it interferes with my work in housekeeping. I have talked to my mom which thinks its just hormons but my concern is that it could be something else. I also have had issues with feeling like I'm spinning. Also alot of mental thoughts that feel like they aren't mine or a strong desire to do something that takes all my energy not to do it. So could this just be symptoms of pcos or something else.....
