I was going to say dairy allergy or some other form of food allergy

It seems that's what the article says too. Mine is the dairy allergy and I think that must be one of the most common food allergies but I never would have known. I drank milk and ate cheese all the time and no doctor even said a word about food allergies.

Even allergists didn't test me for food allergies until ONE finally did.
WOW. They even called me at home and said to never touch a bit of dairy again for the rest of my life.

It was nice have a flat tummy again, not feeling tired all the time, not having my sinuses all blocked up, not having the constant headache.

Other common allergies that will bloat you are wheat, corn--well, I've forgotten but read the article because for once someone's telling the truth that doctors hardly ever tell us. I bet everyone has a least ONE food intolerance, maybe not as bad as mine, but I think there are very few people who aren't affected adversely by a food they are eating.

(now I'll go and read the article.)

The article talks about lactose intolerance, not dairy allergy. I don't know about the lactose intolerance but I have the actual allergy. If you only have the lactose intolerance I guess you can take some lactose and eat dairy but with the allergy you eliminate all dairy. Dairy allergy is common.
