Hello everybody,
It's been awhile as i have posted. My previuos thread was "chronic neck, shoulder blade, shoulder pain". I got better by doing Zoloft and i'm stiil on it. My mind has cleared and my anxiety is gone, but the chronic muscle pain is still present.......... I have scoliosis(Right shoulder higher the the left one), Forward neck posture ( sore and tense neck). I have misaligned body. I have some questions for you guys.
I am interested in some tipe of scoliosis exersises, seen on youtube. But i am confused whitch ones to do
Can you advise me?
2.Can anyone explain why my right shoulder blade tend to "crack" as i roll it inward?????
3. Now i try to correct my posture, but as i sit or stand, my right side muscles and neck begin to sore, tense and so on.... I feel afterward more "stuck". Should i continue doing good posture? If i get back to bad posture it becomes less sore and tense, but i know this is bad, DILEMA??????? Inflammation starting???

XHello there!
How are you doing? It is really strange for me to read about your symptoms and difficulties, because they are almost exactly like mine. In practically everything that you wrote in your previous thread too, I recognize myself. It is difficult, but one just have to make the best out of it. I have a lot of experience with all kinds of physical therapist and doctors, but in the end it all boils down to the same, these problems are not within the fields of any specialists in particular, so nobody can really help. [mod] need at least 10 other posts to make specific recommendations [/mod]. I have quite a lot of experience from fooling around with lots of exercises over the seven years I have had these problems, if you are interested. But given that I still am troubled by this, I am clearly not an omniscient expert. Looking forward for your reply. Take care.
