I woke up a couple days ago feeling like I had been punched in the nose. My nose felt sore if I touched the bridge of it or tried to move it from side to side, and it still feels this way. In recent years I have started to have spring allergies. Is this probably due to pressure in my sinuses, a sinus infection, or something else? What's the best way to treat it?
