I got bit by a tic awhile back and this is the rash but I never fully got it checked out. Rash disappeared and I don't remember if I had symptoms around time of rash. I dismissed this after someone told me they didn't think it could be lyme because it wasn't the classic bulls-eye pattern. Anyone with any knowledge weigh in? Thanks.

My husband's was a very distinctive bullseye, but I'd want any rash investigated after a tic bite.

Check out these google images of Lyme's rashes. Not all of them have bullseyes.

This picture I posted below looks like your rash. It's from the wiki for Lyme's Disease.

You should go to the doctor. Don't wait another day. The sooner you receive treatment, the better your chances.

Found out for sure it wasn't lyme disease! Although I did get tested right after getting this rash there was some confusion between the hospital and my doctor who was retiring and to make a long story short just got the original test results interpreted by a new doctor and everything is good!

No, I had Lyme Disease. Looks nothing like a tick bite or Lyme infection.

How long ago is a while back?

Ticks carry a lot more than Lyme Disease. Have the doctor take a look at that.
