Right now all I have is Tylenol. Not doing much good. Getting out of bed is excruciating pain. I immediately take 1500 tylenol and sit for about a half hour so it works. Can't take ibuprofen cause of esophogas erosion.
What else is there that won't mess up your stomach, give you constipation, heart problems, etc etc? I need something that helps me more cause right now, I am a bag of bones. Part of the problem is that I had breast ca and had to take Femara which leeches the hormones from the bones. Anyone have unrelenting arthritis pain and take a drug that really lets you have a life ???

Too bad medical marijuana isn't legal where you live because that would be a good option. It has very few side effects compared to conventional prescription drugs.
would OsteoBiflex help? I have degenerative disk disease in my spine (not the same, I know) and after the first month on it, I started to feel less "creaky" in the morning.
I always ask this question of people living in areas with fluoridated water who are suffering from "arthritis": Do you drink a lot of iced or hot tea?
I'm sure that Chandler's water is fluoridated. There have been cases of "arthritis" which (after exhausting all other avenues) finally turned out to be skeletal fluorosis precipitated by large amounts of tea made with fluoridated water. The patients consumed huge amounts daily. Green and black tea contain huge amounts of fluoride.
If this is not your case, I can only recommend avoiding wheat, dairy, sugar, aspartame (Nutrasweet), MSG, GMOs, and then fast/junk food for a week each and see how you feel after each test run. Good luck. $0.02
I would consult your dr. I normally take Ibuprofen for mine, but I see you can't take that. I know it can be painful. I have it in the hips and knees along with my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and it is no fun.
Again, I would go on and see your internist and see what they say. A whole lot of Tylenol isn't good for you, either.

Really? Yes I do make iced tea from the water here all the time. I also make coffee every morning so you are saying I should use bottle water only? I never heard this theory before.
PS Medical marijuana is legal in AZ but how would I be able to leave the house if I'm loopy???

Sorry, I wasn't aware it was legal there. There are different strains that can be tailored to your specific needs. In case you want to investigate further, I found a list of qualified marijuana physicians in Phoenix:

You never heard this "theory" before? Imagine my surprise (not). It is an absolute FACT that the moneyed interests will insure that you never hear this information on your network/cable news, print news outlets -- and least of all, your brainwashed dentist or dental hygienist. We are talking billions of dollars at stake here, but I won't get into it on this thread. But if you do decide to dive in and research this sordid subject (like I did back in 2001) you will emerge transformed, enraged, and dubious about anything you hear/read from the corporate media ever again. It changed my life. Literally.
So . . . here's the truly insane thing: bottled water can also contain fluoride. If it is a Pepsi or Coke product, i.e. Dasani or Aquafina, you just paid good money to drink fluoridated tap water and, as a bonus, add more plastic waste to the environment. Woo-hoo! Hooray for corrupt capitalism.
The problem with fluoride ions is that they are like the worst environmental thugs imaginable. Like the Borg on Star Trek. They are the most powerful negative ion scavengers on the planet. "You will be assimilated." They pursue anything with a positive charge. [High school chemistry here, folks.] Well . . . guess what has a positive charge in your body? Calcium? Yep. Anything containing calcium in your body will be attacked and fluoride ions will attach themselves like Pitt Bulls. Bones, joints, teeth, pineal gland, and more.
I am not aware of any effective antidote to chronic fluoride poisoning other than to avoid it at all costs. The problem is that it's virtually impossible to flush the attached fluoride out of your body. Just avoid it in the future. Drink only non-fluoridated water. Avoid: big name soft drinks, processed chicken, grapes, red wine, potato skins, most fast foods, and there are many others culprits. FluorideAlert.com has a list of the most common fluoridated-contaminated foods and beverages.
I take lots of blue-green algae myself to detoxify in general but I can't attest to its fluoride-detoxing properties. More research is in order. Again, just my $0.02.
BTW, if you discuss this with your dentist or the average man on the street they will call you a "conspiracy theorist", crackpot, or a tinfoil hat-wearing looney tune. That's a sign that you've kicked the hornets nest. Kuddos to you! "Conspiracy theorist" is the aspersion given to critical thinkers by the unthinking and credulous.
I have bad osteoarthritis in neck, back, hips, and wrists and suffered for years. After much experimenting this is what really alleviated the pain and inflammation:
Getting my vitamin D3 up above a 60ng blood serum level.
Taking 3 osteobiflex a day (took over a month to feel the difference)
Taking 3 silica capsules by FLORA
Taking Natural Calm ionic magnesium
Since your stomach probably couldn't handle Meloxicam (which I think is a very good anti-inflammatory), you could try Metaxalone (Skelaxin). Don't think it's generic yet, though.
