Dizzy feeling/lightheadness (pain, insurance, dizziness, fever)

So last week I started feeling this light headed pressure in my head along with a little bit of dizziness. Its almost been a week and still there. I have no fever and good appetite still but cant shake this feeling in my head. It feels like im tired and my vision is ok but when i move fast takes a second to focus. I wouldnt say theres any pain but no idea what it could be. My insurance kinda sucks so not running to ER room just yet. Anyone experience anything like this?
