It's an odd topic but, as a man, I never experienced this problem. Like you, I'm in and out in probably under 2 minutes (including all the sanitary follow-ups that accompany this).
It's funny, since I've always wondered why women take so long in the washroom.
Because everyman wants to feel as if he is 'King' of 'his Castle' - and what better way, than to relish his time on the throne in peaceful harmony with a good read!
As well as some poor dietary choices mixed in for the occasional 'egg laying' or 'pinching off' a loaf of brown bread 15 minute session
What I'd like to figure out is, what diet or conditions cause the occasional wipe and "none left behind"?
Think of all the TP that could be saved! I should apply for a government grant to save trees by finding the magic non - lingering feces diet. Imagine the late night TV infomercial ads for.... "The NO Wipe Diet - Try It!"

Well, in public restrooms, it's likely cause they are having a conference chat with other women about: their clothes, shoes, hair style, (where they got them / what a great deal it was or wasn't) nuances of the men in the general vicinity etc....

LOL. Yeah, women seem to enjoy going to the washroom in groups. Can you imagine a guy saying, "I'm going to the washroom", and then having several other men say, "Yeah, I'm going too", and accompanying him?
