Anyone here with psoriasis have any real life experience living in different climates?

I haven't seen any studies but it seems that sunny humid climates are the best for psoriasis sufferers but some have suggested that mild dry weather would be better because the heat and sweat can irritate the skin.

thoughts?

For me the hot humid weather is better than dry and cold. I live in a tropical area, and when I go to the mainland (northern cal / las vegas) it flares up.

In my opinion it varies from person to person. I don't have psoriasis but have dermatitis and I thought it was from dry weather cause it happened when I moved to CA. I then moved but returned a few years later and did not have the issue. So some also can be if you are in a flare up. Have you tried other treatment for the psoriasis? What climate do you live in now and do you see a difference with weather changes where you are?

The crusts on the plaques dry out faster in the desert and show even with emollients no matter how much or what you put on them. In humid weather this doesn't happen. I can almost tell what the humidity is by whether my elbows are white or not.
