Exercise. I've changed my diet and lost weight but I can't bring myself to exercise. I want to be more toned and just be healthy. I want to cut back on sweets too.

and I the opposite: I have started water walking 3 days a week for about an hour. It is supposed to be a great form of exercise, my blood pressure is down, my labs reports were all improved but I still know I need to lose at least 25 lbs. If I could lose 50, it would be better, but then, at my age I would really be saggy. I don't think I want that right now.

Sounds like you lost weight because of calorie restriction, which would explain why you can't exercise - no energy.
