I had an upset stomach a few weeks ago and i drank some Mountain Dew and right
away I felt better. I was just wondering what is in lemon- lime soda that causes this? I was
shocked that the Mountain Dew worked so well.

Any carbonated drink will help, not sure why one might be better than another.
