Hi,
I am about to lose my coverage with my employer and just need something to cover my son's medication. The prescription runs $120 per month but we have only been paying $10 under our health plan. My husband also takes medication, but his prescription is very affordable. What is available?

you can try going to the drs office and going through the drug company for assistance, in a lot of cases, there are programs out there to help you in these cases.

True...get with your doc, and get some Pharmaceutical Companies samples they give out.....available trough your doc.
Yes, there are ways out there to get some help with free drugs.....and your doc is the "key" to that.

AAA offers a discount at some pharmacys. I use it for my meds at Longs Drugs. I dont know what pharmacy you use, but if you are a AAA member, check their site and see whats available. My GP is great at handing out samples. I dont ever pay for antibiotics, or my nasal spray, I get them free all the time. Ask for samples.

Default Re: inexpensive meds

Well, I recently visited a site called Health Insurance News (http://healthinsurance-com.com - broken link) It is one of the best site on the net for gathering information about health insurance plans and news. There you can read many topics related to the health insurance which written by experts. I am sure you can get that what you want.
Good luck!
