How about fruit? (yeah, that's simplistic) but if you're looking for energy, stimulants will cause problems, and wear out your battery. You gotta eat clean, carb up(which isn't a problem if fat % is low), get early sleep and exercise and you'll have real energy.

If you give up caffeine, your body will adjust and you won't need that boost anymore. It will takes a few weeks though.

My Mom and Dad use a chicory based coffee substitute, doesnt taste too bad but its definitely not coffee. This is their favorite but its hard to find and they usually order it online./ or drive to a store that sells British items.

Have you talked to your doctor about your anxiety? It may not be caused by the caffeine.

Try a small amt of ginseng.
Adrenal supportive supplements.
Adrenal glandular supplements from Standard Process or
Nutri-West are best....but there are others out there somewhere.
