That depends on who you ask. If you ask the great CDC, or some one who works for a pharmaceutical company, of course they'll say yes. Here's the side effects of both the shot and the flu...you choose

(mild effects first) fever
runny nose cough and or sore throat
headache runny or stuffy nose
sore throat headache
wheezing body aches
cough chills and fatigue
vomiting nausea and vomiting
fever
muscle aches
(more serious side effects are)
difficulty breathing
swelling around eyes or lips
hives
racing heart
dizziness and high fever


Here are the flu symptoms
fever
cough and or sore throat
runny or stuffy nose
headache and bodyache
chills and fatigue
nausea and vomiting

This poster would have you believe that it is an even trade off, symptoms of flu for side effects of vaccination...

Bypassing the ignorant comment about the immune system fighting off "toxins" in the vaccine


In the first column are listed possible side effects of the vaccine, side effects that occur in 5-10% of those that receive the shot, the most common side effect is soreness at the injection site, the other listed side effects come in at far less than 5-10%, MUCH LESS in fact...

In the second column are listed the most common symptoms of influenza, not including DEATH, which while not a symptom is a possible outcome....

THOSE symptoms occur in 100% of those suffering from flu.....


100% chance of significant symptoms enough to miss work and feel miserable vs 5% chance of soreness at the injection site, you do the math....
