Probably a mild concussion...and sure, it probably took away a little bit of the old CPU processing power.

It may take a couple of week for the cobwebs to clear out. After that, any effects will probably be very minimal if any.

I will respond to the last several comments here a little later. That said, I would like to give an update to this: Earlier today (as in several hours ago), I had turbinate reduction surgery as well as surgery to fix my deviated septum (it was all one large surgery). Does anyone have any questions for me in regards to this?
