Just to be pedantic there's a difference between a milk allergy and lactose intolerance. An allergy is an immune response; intolerance is digestive.

I was given a tetanus booster not too long ago after an injury.
Some mystery symptoms are definitely on the list for milk allergy. It is mild right now and a source of discomfort and annoyance. Wondering if it will get worse with age.
I'll be really annoyed if I go to an allergist and he'll charge me 200 bucks to tell me something I already
figured out myself and to avoid dairy.

I know I have sinus issues when I consume yogurt even low fat low calorie yogurt . I know because when I cut it out completely I don't have the sinus issue and then if I consume it again , again the sinus issue ... I used to be okay with it but not now .
