A large study of over 380,000 study participants of ages 50-71 who conformed to this diet had lower dealth rates and when daily Physical exercise was added they had the Lowest death rates of all.
Some of the foods of this diet are Vegetables, Legumes, Fruits, Nuts, Fish, Whole Grains and a ratio of Monounsaturated Fats and Meat
Exercise was approximately 30 minutes daily in this study.
