How many medical pills or drugs do you take a day? I take eight pills a day. Just wondering if other people take alot of pills a day to.

I do take a supplement, co-q10 and sometimes a multi, that's it...

For a while I took 7 pills in a day. They were doing nothing but beating the tar out of my liver. I don't take any now.

I think doctors are much too quick to treat the symptoms people have, instead of finding the underlying cause and teaching the correct ways to correct them. My troubles went away with changes to diet and exercise. Caffeine was the culprit for most of them, and stress caused the rest.

I take 2 to 3 different meds daily - Percocet and on really bad days Flexeril (for the pain from my herniated disc and sciatica) and Xanax for my anxiety/panic disorder.

I take a blood pressure maintenance pill and a cholesterol pill along with a multi vitamin every day, as does my Wife., and she also takes a calcium supplement.

I take Zyrtek and Singulair for chronic hives. I also wish my Drs. would find the cause instead of treating the symptoms!! Very frustrating!

On very rare occassions, I take 2 acetamenophens or ibuprophens. That's about it for drugs!

Evey - what changes in your diet did you make, and how did elimination of caffeine help you?
tao - OMG-Percocet, Flexeril, and Xanax--you must feel realllyyy good everyday - watch out for addiction potential...
Mikey_NC - what blood pressure pill do you take? I used to take Inderal - aka Propanolol, but stopped.
