Male in my mid 40s who has had urinary issues for several years now. I have a frequent urge to urinate
with urinary hesitancy, low flow, low force.
I've had the gloved prostate exam from at least 3 doctors who have told me it was fine, the last doctor told me it seemed very healthy compared to most of the exams she has done.
Tried Saw Palmetto and other types of prostate remedies. Thought I might be dehydrated and started drinking enough water. No real help.

Anyone have this issue without having a prostate problem? What caused it? What helps?

It sounds like your next step is to visit a urologist.

Sorry, should have mentioned. One of the 3 doctors was a urologist. Hasn't found what is wrong yet.

You could have a urethral stricture. You would need to see a urologist and have a cystoscopy done to diagnose it.
