I have noticed that after doing some squats, the next day my thighs keep paining whole day. Walking becomes difficult and a little crooked. What could be the cause of this? Thanks!

Do you do stretching exercises? That is a must. also I am not sure where your pain is, on top of foot, or on thigh, or both. If it is your foot, place it in cold water with ice cubes for a minute or so, as long as you can stand it, then take out until you are ready to do it again. I usually do this about 5 times.
