Blocked ears feeling faint and back pain (sinus, infect, blood)

Hi my problem is I have pain in the centre of my back ,my ears are full and keep popping and making me feel like I'm going to collapse.The back of my neck where it meets my scull feels tender and I get darting pains in the back/side of my head.I wake up in the morning with a sick stomach also and this comes and goes through out the day I have seen all the professional people I think I needed to see and have no answers it's affecting me everyday and really affecting my job and family as I am missing a lot of work.Can anyone please help me or give me new advise.thanks!!

start with a blood test from your doctor and then a referral to a specialist that your doctor deems appropriate

Have you seen an EENT doctor? That's where I would start.

Sinus infection? I agree with seeing an Ear Nose & Throat doc. Definitely don't ignore it.
