Hey Greenie! I would just let them know that you would love to as soon as you get acclimated to the time change and don't forget there is probably an elevation change as well. AS suggested take vitamins and rest as much as you can.

Sounds like you've got some nice friends.
I think they're trying to help you out too by suggesting going out to eat so you won't have to deal with cooking right now.
In about another week or so, you should schedule another massage.

I am resting tonight as everyone has suggested. I also took some more vitamins and drank lots of water. I feel a bit better, but still have this strange vague tired feeling inside me.

One last wee suggestion. Take it easy for an entire 5-7 days. Easy does it, no stress, strain or challenges.

If after that time you still feel excessive tired, get a check-up and especially a blood screen. You can eliminate what ails you from what is just normal fatigue, post move syndrome and rest easier.

Hope you feel better soon. I get tired after drivng even two hours, and it takes me another day to get over it. If you were not tired before your drive, it wouldn't be anemia, which is what I would think about myself having had it in the past.

I think your first post is the answer to your question. I am just now 34, and if I did that.....

I would still be in dag on bed right now!

I think you actually did a great job, maybe pushed it too much. Slow your pace down.. Stop and smell the left over Christmas cookies!

You need to take some medicine that could recover your energy and have a sound sleep for the exact hours that could recover your sleep.
