The sudden death of a 24-year-old Florida mother on Christmas Eve gave four other people the gift of life, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Ever since she was a young girl, Erika Castillo-Sanchez wanted to donate her organs to save others should anything happen to her, family members said.

On Christmas Eve, the Ocala, Fla. woman died as the result of a blood clot in her brain. She left behind a fiance and a 6-month-old son. Doctors immediately found recipients for the women's lungs, liver and kidneys.
