I felt it come on last week around Thursday but today when I woke up I couldn't taste anything. How long before I will be able to taste anything? Will I be cleared up by this Thursday (Thanksgiving)?

What should I take in the meantime (orange juice, fruits or veggies, soups?) to help me get my sense of taste and smell back and clear this up?

I would get into a hot shower and steam yourself for a good 10 minutes every day. Then take some mucinex to break up the gunk and lots of fluids. Also Vicks under the nose. Good luck.

Stuffy nose = decreased sense of smell = loss or decrease in taste

If your main concern is tasting Thanksgiving food, you should work on clearing out your nose. Try a Neti pot or something similar to get the excess mucus out. A nasal decongestant will help too, if you don't mind taking drugs.
