I have been getting these vibrating like sensations in the back of my head for months and I notice it mostly at night and cant sleep. It normally happens after Ive been out or working or somewhere where theres alot going on. It has been getting worse and its different sensations now more often and its really loud whoosing the the back of my head. I had a CAT scan done and they didn't see anything other than a focus of white matter on my left frontal lobe. The doctor said it could be headaches or memory loss? Im freaking out now like I momentarily forget things like where Ive put something or if Ive just done something if a lot is going on and Im just worried about some sort of dementia. This along with the white matter focus on my frontal lobe isn't that a sign of dementia? I am freaking out.
