If someone is a carrier for Fanconi Anemia does that mean that person is still at risk for diseases associated with someone who actually has the disease - such as major cancers?
Female carriers of the FNACC mutation may be at increased risk of breast cancer; other than that, carriers for the various mutations associated with Fanconi Anemia don't appear to have any increased risk of cancer.
