Lipid panel results help (cholesterol, healthy, sight, normal)

Hi, could anyone give me some insight into these number please? I am 27 by the way.

Cholesterol 180
Triglycerides 43
HDL Cholesterol 50
LDL Cholesterol 123

Based on the result of the panel my doc gives me, here's the normal range...

Total Chol - 0 - 200
HDL - 30 - 70
LDL - 0 - 130
Trig - 0 - 150
Ratio - 0 - 4.5 (Total Chol/HDL)

I'd say your numbers look pretty good.

You're fine. Unlike the twenty-six year old I saw not too long ago with a cholesterol >600 and triglycerides >2,000.
