Ok, found Heathworks as a possible one. Is Nutiva ok? I see lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, etc. are in huge amounts in most store-bought chocolates. It is a high level in powders too. But nibs are supposed to be lowest of all in these toxic/unhealthy metals. The nibs have the measurable levels that are ok, so they say.

Anyone know who's brand or if this is true? I like chocolate & used Trader Joe's Cocoa powder for yrs, but now am seeing their brand is one of highest in contaminants from what the consumers advocate websites say. Thanks.
