You may have hypertension. If left untreated it could proceed to a life threatening form of hypertension, called "malignant hypertension". This medical emergency, is EXTREMELY serious. It could to coma and death within hours.
Another condition you may have, is hypotension, the opposite of hypertension.

Probably just anxiety. Stress and anxiety can sneak up on you and manifest symptoms even though you don't 'appear' to be that stressed out. I got a headache for more then a month after a job change. I didn't think I felt that stressed out but the body manifested symptoms nonetheless. I have a history of anxiety and I can tell you it will manifest just about every symptom in the book.

OP you could have a clogged artery. That happened to me and I had to rush to the hospital and have a stent put in. Big relief after that. Your heart rate at 135 or so is way to high under normal conditions like sitting around.

Symptoms sound very similar to paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, when the atria (upper two chambers of the heart) do not beat or contract in a well-coordinated way. The rhythm disturbance can "come and go". Blood can pool in the upper part of the heart, causing a clot and putting you at significant risk for a stroke. You really need to get to a physician quickly for bloodwork, an EKG and an echocardiogram. Probably other diagnostics as well, even if it isn't happening when you go.

Sound to me like anemia and mineral deficiency which would explain the low blood pressure/rapid heartbeat. Let us know how it goes.
