But if I take anti depressants.. than.. I will think low of myself..
Again:
All of this, combined, suggests to me that whatever is wrong with you, you cannot - and will not - resolve by reading any posts here on City-Data. I suggest that you return to your psychiatrist.
Have you tried some sort of massaging device? I find that helps my occasional back-of-head tension headaches; though generally the relief comes when I stop, the beginning of the process does hurt I admit, but grit your teeth and wait through it. Think i used Homedics or Sharper Image; either round shiatsu balls, or the flat reverse edge of the same device lain against my skull. Have also heard good things about trigger point therapy, though I haven't tried it:
I know that pain without ceasing sucks, I'd rather someone shivved me and got it over with than I would be in recurring chronic pain, I hope you find some relief.
OP have you considered the source of your ailments might be dietary in nature? If all else has failed up till now to the point you feel like you want to die i'd suggest going vegan for a couple of weeks and reducing your food intake to vegetables some fruit and legumes,no wheat products/no dairy/no animal protein,
if after a few weeks your ailments disappear you'll know its about your diet,at this point you can slowly start adding foods back into your diet, when the headaches reoccur you will know which of the foods were causing the problem.

Feeling that you want to die is preferable to a perceived drop in self esteem?
........and BTW, Ativan is NOTHING like marijuana. For comparitive anaylsis, it's actually much closer to the effects of alcohol.
Have you tried acupuncture?
Unless he's posted in yet another thread and I missed it, it was Celexa that he took for a very short while and stopped taking it because it was messing with his sex drive.
You know, because it's so much fun to have sex when you have a constant non-stop agonizing headache...
Sex is that last thing he should be worrying about. He says he's been to 12 doctors, none of them helped, but he also chose not to follow any of their advice other than to get his wisdom tooth removed. Which - he claimed - cured his headache. Until it came back.
Sounds like stress to me. He was obsessing about his tooth - the headaches were bad. Tooth gone, nothing to stress about - headache gone. Next thing that caused him stress - and boom, new headache. Rinse and repeat ad nauseum, and this is what you're looking at when you read his posts.
There is nothing any one here can say to help him, no advice, no suggestions. The only people who can help him are his therapists, but ONLY if he follows their advice.
