Recently for the past two weeks, I have been having very short and brief "shocks" of pain in the upper left chest, the sternum and left and right ribs at very random times. On top of this, I am almost certain I have some sort of shoulder strain in the back left shoulder ( a bit to the right) that is freaking me out because it gets hard to determine if I am just uncomfortable or if it is my heart that is about to go crazy. On top of this I get palpitations here and there. I am a mess and it is hard to relax because of this.

Have any of you ever had trouble with any of these? I would really appreciate any response.....

You didn't mention your age, no matter.
These are typical, common signs of a blockage in an artery.
Thank God for signs!
It's up to you...I would have already gone to a doc.

Since it's been going on for a couple of weeks, I would go to the doctor ASAP.

Heart attacks occur at any age although more common in older folks. Doctor now!

Definitely get checked....it's probably not your heart, but you need to determine that! Otherwise, the stress COULD affect your heart!

Call Sutherland Cardiology in Memphis and ask them. They'll most likely want you to come in for a check up. Don't sit around, waiting for something to get worse, as many men do. Call.
