im 17 years old and i shouldnt be having to deal with daily shoulder and shoulder blade pain.

back in october my (now ex) boyfriend stepped on my back (dont ask my why i let him i dont know) and ended up messing up my shoulder. Even though it wasnt a true shoulder dislocation, it definitely was not in place and hurt a lot. Eventually is popped back into place and a wore a sling for a week and called it good.

a couple months later i stayed the night at my friends house and woke up with bad shoulder pain. i had had the pain before meaning i knew exactly what had happened, it wasnt it place anymore. i was in a lot of pain and it eventually popped back into place, i wore a sling for a week, and called it good.

every since that day the pain never went away. i eventually went to the emergency room where they gave me a immobilizer and norcos and sent me on my way. a couple days later i went to an actual doctors office and since they couldnt figure out what was wrong they sent me to get physical therapy twice a week for a month.

the pt helped a little bit but once i stopped going the pain quickly came back and hasnt gone away since. its a daily burden on me and i want to know what is wrong but the doctors seem to have no clue.

any opinions?

ive been having shoulder and scapula pain since october and it hasnt gone away no matter what i do.

Check out "colloidal gold" and "magnesium oil".

These two elements are known to cure join pain and inflammation. I use colloidal gold for almost everything. The only thing I haven't tried is drinking it.

Magnesium oil is lost during injury, heavy workouts etc etc. And your body needs to be replenished of it. Our current diet has been stripped of essential minerals. Such as iodine, magnesium, gold, etc etc.

Sea Salt has tons of these minerals. And is better than the man made crap we use.
