how to deal with skin pigmentation ?

Any dermatologist I've ever gone to has been kind and helpful. But if your problem is just excess oil, etc. try an astringent. However, if it is remotely possible that the "pigment" problem could be skin cancer or some other treatable condition, you really need professional opinion. Take a friend along if you're scared. Sometimes helps.

Are these like fake publicity gimicks ? or do some of them have some real deal as well .. for eg Olay products ?

Olay is real. I use several of their products, to remove wrinkles and a moisturizer. Consumer Reports did an article some years back and Olay came in at #1, 2, or 3 in all categories IIRC. At any rate nobody ever thinks I amy age, which is old.

Thank you everyone for your valuable advice. While researching about my problem, i banged into this site Moderator cut: need at least10 other posts to make specific recommendations . It has so many herbal and natural products to genuinely treat pigmentation completely. I have been using it for a while and i think its working for now. I will surely share my feedback about its results soon!
