Of course a shallow inhale is going to be less harmful than a deep inhale. So I am wondering if some people inhale shallow like down to the the bottom of your throat or the very top of your lungs and then exhale. If so were you told by someone to smoke that way?

Smoking is bad for you no matter how you inhale. People die from lung cancer - from 2nd hand smoke, just from breathing.

You will quit when you're ready. Like anything else in life, you have to really want it in order to do it.

Quitting was hard, but the best thing I EVER did for myself!

Don't forget mouth, tongue, and throat cancer.
