Let is say for in example if a male doesn't ejaculate for a year would it be unhealthy? There are so many differing opinions on that it makes it confusing. Where would the most professional opinion come from? Of course a doctor who specializes in that sort of thing but what would his title be?

Technically no - but depending on your physical development age, intent, and mental health....
Your body may solve the issue i.e. Nocturnal emissions


or if trying to optimize fertility - as in most things - moderation is fine.

I've heard some guys refer to their sperm as "poison" as in they've got to get rid of that poison! Now, do they really believe it's poison or is that just a good excuse to find a way to get rid of it?
