This is something that I've had for a few months now. Only my left leg. It is on the upper thigh on the outside, maybe runs down the calf a little. I'm reasonably active. Try to walk 10K steps every day. Bicycle 2-3 times week. Nothing excruciating that I can't do it, but definitely feel the pain there.
Concentrate on not crossing legs...I have not crossed my legs for years. Cuts off circulation for one thing. I have had sciatic nerve damage for more than 30 yrs and I stretch one leg over the other, and then the other...Do these daily, two times a day.
