No you weren't! I just can't go to the dr. I don't have money or insurance. Plus I never go.

At night they do hurt and I have trouble sleeping bc they are sore. I have a cot so I have no way to elevate them while Im sleeping. I try rubbing them and that makes them feel better but it also hurts. When I wake up everything is fine, its just that if I have another long shift then the last three hours are going to be extremely painful. I can't concentrate or force myself to do what I need to do fast enough at work bc all I want is relief and to not be standing.

ObamaCare was supposed to fix that. You should either be on Medicaid or some affordable healthcare plan that came about via ObamaCare (Affordable Care Act of 2010).

Remember, quite a few states refused Medicaid expansion money, so in those states, a lot of single low-wage earners are still w/out insurance. Too *rich* to qualify for medicaid and too *poor* to afford an ACA plan. OP hasn't said where she lives.

Its only a problem bc my feet hurt towards the end of my shift and I can speed around and clean and do stuff fast when my feet kill me and all I can do is think about getting off of them.
What kind of shoes do you wear and what is the brand? Are you wearing sneakers, loafers, flip flops, etc. and what kind of quality?

You sleep on a cot? What do your mother, sister and brother in law sleep? Please don't tell me they have beds.

You are the sole bread winner, you deserve a freaking bed to lay in.

Sounds like neuropathy. That can happen for at least two reasons, maybe more.

No room since I share a room with all the kids. My sister has a mattress. So does my mom. My mom had a bed but the bed frame got broken so now she sleeps on 2 mattresses stacked

I take the couch if the pain gets to bad.

Take one of her mattresses. You aren't being kind or helping your family out. You're letting yourself be a doormat.
