Need a great book (medicine, addiction, disorder, best)

I didn't know if I should post here or in the health section??
But anyways do you know of a great book(s) that would be helpful for someone with an eating disorder? specifically food addiction,binging & overeating in general.

Hi - I can suggest a good website, and I believe they may offer books there. EFT Provides Impressive Health and Emotional Freedom--New Discovery Often Works Where Nothing Else . Do some searches within this website on addiction, binging and overeating and you may find some useful information.

You are welcome. EFT is amazing and you can learn it free. Look at the video at the website and search around, then go on YouTube and find some videos of people doing EFT. Energy medicine is the new frontier.
