Yes, just exfoliate...use a mild soap like Ivory, and you can get something to help you exfoliate for just a few dollars, like a BufPuf or lightly rough cloth at WalMart. They can be found in the Beauty section, near the makeup. And as mentioned above, go to the dentist for a cleaning.

Hi, If I understand your question, you want to know how to remove months of debris from your skin, hair and teeth because you want to reunite with your wife, correct? Please for both of your sakes, give yourself a week to prepare. First, I'd recommend soaking in a full bath containing epsom salts and baking soda. Use soap and a loofa or a mildly abrasive cloth to clean your skin. Start from toes - end with face and head. Soak and wash your hair with shampoo or soap. Empty water from tub and repeat the process. Note if you have parasites or lice. You may see evidence in the water. Do this every day. That is a total of 14 baths! On the third day you should see a barber to get a haircut and a shave. If possible also get a manicure and pedicure - otherwise carefully cut your nails yourself. About your mouth, you will need a professional teeth cleaning and dental exam. See a dentist. If you can't see a dentist for reasons of cost or proximity, you will need to brush your teeth with toothpaste and bon ami, followed with a peroxide rinse. Brush three times a day. Be gentle at first because your gums will probably bleed. During this time drink lots of water with lemon juice, eat fennel and parsley to neutralize your smell. Women have very sensitive noses. Get a fresh set of clothes. Good luck.

I remember in Mexico, people who lived in small ranches or out in rural areas would use a rock to scrub during showering.
The rock usually was from the ones that are found in rivers.

My mom used to tell me, they would scrub with the rock to wash off all the dirt.

Maybe you can try that...

I would assume that in the 8 years since posting, the OP has figured out how to wash. Either that or he lives on the Atacama plateau or Namibia where you can't find a puddle.
