Okay. I think dehydration was only part of the problem and I believe that I have a calcium deficiency. I haven't had much calcium in the last 2 years and I have experience symptoms like tingling in my fingers. I started drinking more milk, yogourt and other calcium foods in the last week and noticed improvements. Does anyone know how long it will take to improve? I think this is something I should be seeing a doctor for. What do you guys think?

Yes, please go to the doctor. None of us can really diagnose your health problem or suggest a course of treatment. If you get a diagnosis from a doctor, then I'm sure people with a similar diagnosis will be able to give you good suggestions.

Eating a lot of dairy may not help a calcium deficiency, even if it seems like it would.

And calcium deficiency isn't the only thing that causes tingling in fingers.

Your symptoms can point to a variety of issues that should be looked at by a doctor accompanied by a thorough blood test,eg;= your dehydration could be an early symptom of kidney disease, your tingling sensation could be a symptom of an upcoming stroke or a prelude to diabetes..
