Is this normal when you have too much food? Well I had so many spaghetti, like half pocket bag thing. I was fine at first then 10 min later I had 2 glasses of water then I started feeling really bad. (same feeling when I had bad seafood before then puked it all out later). stomach was really bloated and hurting, dizzy and sweating. finally puked out a little bit water then 15 min later started to feel better. During the 15 min both of my arms was reallly sweating like I just ran a mile.

Oh the last couple weeks or so I didn't eat much for each meal, sometimes skipped meal then all of a sudden ate so much spaghetti maybe that's why?

Never had those ill feeling before except one time when I had bad seafood, that was around 3.5 years ago and around 15 min after eating I puked it all out. This time I was fine at first but after 2 glasses of water I INSTANTLY feel really bad like something bad in the water. Could it be the water was in the fridge so it's cold and spaghetti was hot? but it's been 10 min since eating. however this time I only puked out a little water maybe 1/3 glass then I felt better, didn't puked out food like last time. I heard people puke when they eat too much food but is this normal? I felt so bad I wasn't sure if I was able to go upstairs to get my phone in case it gets worst.

Have you been checked for a hiatal hernia?

I'm not a doctor and do not know what your problem is.
