My husband has a dropped foot due to herniated and bulging discs in back. Has seen a doctor and has been going to physical therapy and 2 rounds of oral steroids. ..looking to get second opinion but in the meantime anyone have any suggestions for him...Thank u
It would depend on what the docs say caused the dropped foot. I read he has herniated discs...is he diabetic, age, habits, is he in a wheelchair, when did the foot drop or how long after the herniated discs did the foot drop, is he doing physical therapy for the foot drop alone, pain from foot drop, meds he's on, is he having surgery on his back so on and so forth...please don't answer as what you need is a second opinion. Doctors don't mind (usually). You could ask your doc for a recommendation for a second opinion or ask your insurance company, friends, etc...
