So i been suffering with pain in my eyes, between them and in my forhead. It happens as soon as i get up in the morning. It feels like pressure and soreness.. I am in my 20s and saw a ENT and got a scan and it showed clear. I than saw a neurologist and they told me its related to Chronic Tension Type Headaches. I told him I have trouble reading and watching tv.. i mean i can see perfectly even for close! I just get pressure between my eyes an forhead when i read or watch tv. He wants to give me sonething called Botox on Friday and he said it will make it all go away.

Just to be sure i went to go see many Optemetrists and they all gave me the same vision skill. I have +0.5 in both eyes. However they all say "for your age that is way to small! You dont even need glasses to read it is not causing your headaches." I than saw a Opthmologist and they checked my eyes.. he said i have +0.5 in both eyes and said "you dont need any glasses and that my headaches are propbably coming from the tension or migraines, watching tv and reading also make you tense those muscles and since they are already senetive causes them to feel fatigued and hurt.

Do you really think that?

Eye problems like these tend to be two-fold:

1. Too much/not enough light and at the wrong frequencies.
2. Constantly focusing on something close.

Get outside and gaze around at things far and near. Try to relax your eyes as much as possible. Might make you look a little stupid

Dawn and dusk are the best time to do this. Depending on sun intensity and your eyes, noonday sun might be too bright for you at first. Your eyes can and do adapt, though. Go by feel. If it hurts, take it down a notch.

Speaking of the sun, try to keep a circadian rhythm. Rise and fall with the sun, no lights after sunset. A good compromise is to wear blue-blocking glasses after sunset.

And avoid all screens as much as reasonably possible.

When you said 'scan', did you mean CT Scan?
The ocular nerve should show up as no problem or problem.
It causes big issues...esp headaches in the front and of course vision issues.
God bless you ...I hope it all works out.

Problem is i feel it is my eyes because when i watch tv or read a book or look at my phone or ise the computer i get this pain between my eyes and it hurts more. However i wake up with that pain first thing in the morning and it makes me feel very tired! BUT all the doctors and optometrist and Optmologist all say the same thing.. +0.5 at my age is to small and i would not notice a difference! They all say tension or migraine headaches can make visiual activities more painful..

What they are saying sounds reasonable. Why not try the botox?

I've never had botox, but I am usually sore after being stuck with needles.
