The last 6 weeks i have been cold all the time. I am someone who is usually always hot and is sweating. I am cold within my body, but no fever or sweats. Just overall cold legs, fingertips, my back is cold within. I have been tired and sluggish at night time and my head has been feeling heavy or a foggy feeling. Some muscle aches but nothing crazy. Went to doc on sat and she drew my blood and i will get results back tomorrow but just curious about all of this. She mentioned my thyroid and checking white blood count.

Any news from your bloodwork OP? What you described sounds pretty classic thyroid to me. However, my BIL had a serious B12 deficiency at one time and those were his symptoms as well. Unfortunately the list you gave can be symptoms of a lot of things and it can take some time to narrow it down. Best of luck to you!

I also agree with the thyroid symptoms - being hypo. Hopefully your doctor is also checking for an iron deficiency since that has many similar symptoms and is amazingly common. Had it been awhile since you've had an overall blood workup? It really is the best place to start.

Thank you! Blood work came back all good. Thyroid is fine. I am glad it is nothing but i am still having those symptoms, so sluggish and my body feels like gumby, and having chills within my body. Very weird and idk what the next step is if my blood work is all good. Got a physical and blood work a year ago and everything was good than as well. I definitely though thyroid, anemic, or iron but based on my results, everything is good. If it continues i will call my doc back.

OP you might want to see a specialist like a neurologist. My wife has similar symptoms and she has multiple sclerosis. Not saying you do but you can eliminate a lot of things by being checked/tested by a neurologist.
