Would the records from doctors office come out and say "TB vaccine," "BCG," or "BCG vaccine"? Or is there a name besides those two that they give for TB?

Are you foreign born? BCG vaccine is used in many countries with high rates of TB. If you were born in US it is highly unlikely you received the vaccine in this country

I was born in the USA, and stayed here since birth. I also never went outside the country.
I know doctors vax records doesnt say TB or BCG, so unless its under a different name, thats why I dont think I ever got vaccine.

So then you didn't get it. The US does not routinely vaccinate for TB..not sure if they ever did but I know they haven't in the last 48 yrs or so.
The US and the Netherlands are the only two countries that have never used BCG even for special "at risk" groups. It's very rarely used here in the US. The default, as you know, is not to use it.
