TSH = Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. I have a copy of what I think is a complete blood test report. Tonight I was checking it for TSH and do not see that. Is there a chance that they use a different term? Given the time right now, I don't think I'd better call the doctor and ask. Maybe someone else who knows is awake at this witch's hour? Thanks.

It would be either TSH or thyroid stimulating hormone. There is nothing else to call it.
There is really nothing called a "complete blood test report", either. Components of blood test reports may include panels, such as a set of lipid tests, but the panels have to be ordered separately.
There is a test called a "complete blood count", but that refers to counting the different types of cells in the blood along with some measurements on those cells. It includes nothing about the thyroid.

Also, free T4 and total/free T3 are part of a thyroid panel, and TFTs refer to thyroid function tests.
